Each is individually vacuum-packed for easy storage and to maintain its sweet, mild flavor, beautiful translucent color and eye- appealing rich red/pink skin. We offer a variety sizes and forms of each snapper species, including whole gilled gutted and scaled (WGGS), one-cut, portion-cut and natural fillet.
