Our Hamachi is responsibly farmed raised in the southern Japanese islands. Each Hamachi is individually vacuum-packed for easy storage and to maintain its rich buttery flavor and smooth texture. The collar, or Kama, is excellent when lightly sea salted and grilled. Every Hamachi is produced and packaged according to strict quality and sanitation control guidelines, ideal for retail, restaurant, foodservice operator and distributor applications.
